Tavlo

Subscription Policy

Last updated 28 October 2026

1. Your subscription provider

Tavlo is provided by Solid Grove Pte. Ltd., 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422. Our web app is https://trytavlo.com and our quiz and checkout are at https://quiz.trytavlo.com. For billing, cancellation or refund requests, email support@trytavlo.com.

Subscriptions are purchased by and for adults aged 18 or over.

2. Plans and prices

1-week trial: $6.29 for the first week, then $33.99 every 4 weeks until cancelled.

4-week plan: $13.19 for the first 4 weeks, then $33.39 every 4 weeks until cancelled.

12-week plan: $27.69 for the first 12 weeks, then $69.39 every 12 weeks until cancelled.

These are the amounts for each period in US dollars, excluding taxes; applicable taxes are shown and added at checkout. The introductory price applies to the first period. It is a paid introductory period, not a free trial.

Billing periods are measured in weeks. A 1-week period is 7 days, a 4-week period is 28 days, and a 12-week period is 84 days. After the 1-week trial, the subscription renews in 4-week periods. These are not calendar-month plans.

3. Automatic renewal and payment

Your first payment covers the initial period for the plan you select. When that period ends, your subscription automatically renews at the renewal price and interval above: every 4 weeks for the 1-week trial and the 4-week plan, and every 12 weeks for the 12-week plan. Renewals continue until you cancel.

By completing the paid order, you authorise Stripe to process the first payment and recurring subscription payments for your selected plan. We do not store card numbers.

The checkout must clearly show your selected plan, the initial payment, the renewal payment and billing interval before you agree to pay. If anything is unclear, contact support@trytavlo.com before purchasing.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or other charges if you pay from an account in another currency. Those charges are set by that provider.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time before your next renewal. Either email support@trytavlo.com or open Profile → Subscription → Cancel subscription in the web app and complete the cancellation.

For an email request, include the email address associated with your subscription so we can find it. You do not need a special form, a reason or a telephone call. Never send a full card number or a sign-in code.

An email cancellation sent before renewal is effective for that renewal, even if we process your message later. If you are charged after a timely cancellation, contact us so we can correct the charge.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the paid period, unless you also receive a refund that ends that access or a separate lawful ground for ending access applies.

5. Cancellation, account deletion and refunds

Not using Tavlo does not cancel a subscription. Closing a browser, deleting emails, clearing your browser data or requesting deletion of personal information is not a substitute for cancelling through one of the methods above. If you want both cancellation and account deletion, say so in your email.

Ordinary cancellation does not itself refund payments already made or provide a partial refund for unused time. This does not limit the 28-day money-back guarantee, withdrawal rights or other remedies required by law.

To claim the 28-day guarantee, email support@trytavlo.com within 28 days of purchase and ask for a refund of your first payment. See the Money-Back Guarantee for full details. A renewal payment is not covered by that voluntary guarantee, but your statutory rights still apply.

The 1-week trial renews after 7 days, well before the 28-day guarantee window ends, and the 4-week plan renews after 28 days, when that window ends. If you do not want a renewal, cancel before it is due. A guarantee request also cancels future renewals, but does not by itself refund a renewal payment already taken.

6. EU withdrawal rights and immediate access

EU consumers generally have 14 days from concluding the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw by emailing support@trytavlo.com or writing to our postal address. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient.

Immediate access alone does not waive this right. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right can be lost when supply starts only if you first expressly consent to starting supply during the withdrawal period, acknowledge that this loses the right, and receive the required contract confirmation.

For an ongoing digital service, starting access does not mean the service has been fully performed. Any proportionate charge for service provided before withdrawal requires your express request for early performance and the information required by law.

The Money-Back Guarantee explains the distinction, refund process and an optional withdrawal notice. Our first-payment guarantee remains available for 28 days even if a statutory digital-content withdrawal right has validly been lost.

7. Payment problems and plan changes

If a payment fails, or you need help with a charge or a plan change, contact support@trytavlo.com. A failed payment is not a reliable way to cancel; use the cancellation methods above.

8. Changes to renewal prices

The price for a period you have already paid for will not change. If a future renewal price changes, we will give advance notice as required by law and an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect. Any consent required by law must also be obtained.

9. Your legal rights

This policy forms part of the Terms of Use. It does not limit your mandatory consumer rights, including remedies if digital content or services are faulty, unavailable or not as described.

Singapore law applies without taking away mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Contact support@trytavlo.com for help with any subscription issue.
