28-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Last updated 28 October 2026
1. Our first-payment guarantee
Try Tavlo with a 28-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund by email within 28 days of purchase, we will refund your first subscription payment in full, including VAT charged on that payment.
The guarantee is offered by Solid Grove Pte. Ltd., 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422, for Tavlo at https://trytavlo.com and purchases through https://quiz.trytavlo.com. Contact support@trytavlo.com.
The guarantee is available regardless of whether you have used the lessons or practice scenarios. You do not have to complete a minimum number of lessons, provide screenshots, prove an outcome or give a reason.
2. How to request your refund
Email support@trytavlo.com within 28 days of purchase and clearly ask for a refund. A message sent within the deadline qualifies even if we reply later. No special subject line or form is required.
Use the email address associated with your subscription if possible. Include your purchase date or receipt reference if you have it. If we cannot identify the payment, we may ask for the minimum information needed to locate it; a timely request does not become late while we do this.
Do not send a full card number, a sign-in code or information about your health. We do not require that information for a refund.
3. What the guarantee covers
The guarantee covers the first payment for the subscription you are asking us to refund. It does not cover subsequent renewal payments. You cannot receive the same payment back twice if it has already been refunded or reversed.
The 1-week trial renews after 7 days, well before the 28-day guarantee window ends. If you request the guarantee after that renewal, the first trial payment is still eligible within 28 days, but the renewal payment is outside the voluntary guarantee. Cancel before renewal if you do not want the next charge.
The 4-week plan renews after 28 days, when the guarantee window ends. Cancel before renewal if you do not want the next charge.
A renewal payment may still be refundable under consumer law, for example if it was taken after a timely cancellation or the service was not provided as required. The guarantee does not limit those rights.
4. Refunds, cancellation and access
A guarantee refund request also cancels future renewals; you do not need to send a separate cancellation request. Cancellation takes effect for any renewal due after you send the request.
Access covered by a refunded payment ends when the refund is issued. If a separate, unrefunded renewal payment covers your current access, that access continues until the end of its paid period. We will explain the access end date when confirming the refund.
We will issue an eligible guarantee refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your request, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
If you only want to stop renewal and keep access for your paid period, cancel in Profile → Subscription → Cancel subscription in the web app or email support@trytavlo.com asking to cancel. Ordinary cancellation does not itself request a refund.
5. EU consumers: your separate 14-day withdrawal right
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have 14 days from the day you conclude the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. This statutory right is separate from our 28-day first-payment guarantee. Where local law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
To withdraw, email support@trytavlo.com or send a clear statement by post to Solid Grove Pte. Ltd., 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422. You only need to send your notice before the deadline. You may use the example below, but it is optional.
If required withdrawal information was not supplied, the statutory withdrawal period may be extended under applicable law. The 28-day guarantee does not shorten that period.
6. Immediate access to digital content
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, EU law allows the withdrawal right to end when supply begins only if all required safeguards are met: you expressly consent in advance to supply starting within the 14-day period, acknowledge that you will lose your withdrawal right, and receive the required contract confirmation on a durable medium, such as email.
Simply accepting general terms, receiving a login code or opening the web app does not by itself meet those safeguards. If they have not been met, we will not treat immediate access alone as a waiver. Where the law preserves your right, you do not owe a charge for digital content supplied without the required safeguards.
7. Immediate access to an ongoing digital service
An ongoing digital service follows different rules. Starting the service during the withdrawal period does not automatically remove the withdrawal right. The right is lost through full performance only when the legal requirements for prior express consent and acknowledgement have been met.
If you expressly requested the service to start during the withdrawal period and received the required information, the law may allow a proportionate charge for the service supplied before you tell us you are withdrawing. Without the required request or information, that charge is not payable.
Our voluntary guarantee is more generous for an eligible first payment: a request within 28 days receives the full first-payment refund, with no usage deduction, even if immediate access validly ended a digital-content withdrawal right or a statutory service deduction might otherwise apply.
8. Statutory withdrawal refunds
For a valid statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse the amounts due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We will use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not incur a refund fee.
A deduction for early service provision can apply only where legally permitted as explained above. It does not reduce a full first-payment refund owed under our 28-day guarantee.
Withdrawal ends the relevant contract and access under it. It does not require a separate subscription cancellation. You cannot be charged for a subsequent renewal of a contract you have validly withdrawn from.
9. Optional withdrawal notice
To: Solid Grove Pte. Ltd., 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422; support@trytavlo.com.
I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Tavlo subscription.
Date ordered: _____. Name: _____. Address: _____. Account email: _____. Date of this notice: _____. Signature, only if sent on paper: _____.
You can use your own wording instead. A clear statement of your decision is enough; this example is not a condition of exercising your right.
10. Other refund and consumer rights
The 28-day limit and first-payment restriction apply only to the voluntary guarantee. They do not limit remedies for a defective, unavailable or misdescribed service, unauthorised charges, a charge after timely cancellation, or any other rights under applicable law.
Singapore governing law does not remove mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. For help with either the guarantee or statutory rights, email support@trytavlo.com.
